Gin is really big in Ireland right now, maybe even more so than whiskey. In this episode of On the House, Alan Delahunt of Raglan Road Irish Pub at Disney Springs demonstrates how to make PJ’s Poison, a signature gin cocktail at the popular restaurant.

PJ’s Poison
Ingredients:
2 oz Gunpowder Irish Gin
1 oz Lemon Sour
1 tablespoon Irish Whiskey Marmalade
5-to- 6 Drops Rhubarb Bitters
1 muddled orange segment
3 oz Fever Tree Tonic Water
Muddle Orange and then add Gin, Marmalade, Rhubarb Bitters and Lemon Sour to shaker.
Fill with ice and shake.
Strain over fresh ice. Fill with Fever Tree tonic water
Garnish with orange twist
