The 13th Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic took place Nov. 11 and 12, shortly after Hurricane Nicole swept through the area. I attended Friday evening and I couldn’t imagine a more perfect night.

The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort held its annual Food & Wine Classic on Friday and Saturday, Nov. 11 and 12, just a couple of days after Hurricane Nicole swept through the area.

A highlight was a preview of Rosa Mexicano, a restaurant that will be opening after the 1st of the year. It had its own area at the festival, its own band and several tasty samples, including chunky guacamole.
