Vega’s Cafe is Closed

Written By Scott Joseph On July 2, 2012

Word comes that Vega’s Cafe, the Cuban eatery that has occupied a former gas station on Colonial Drive in the Mills 50 area, has closed. Casimiro Vega opened the restaurant, which was known for its Cuban sandwiches and black bean soup, in 1976.

No word on why the cafe closed. More as I find out.
