Funky Monkey Installs New Chef

 Funky Monkey, the quirky little restaurant and wine bar on North Mills Avenue, has announced the hiring of a new chef. Bryce Balluff

Bryce Balluff joins the Monkey business after serving as chef de cuisine at Orlando’s Puff-N-Stuff Catering. Prior to that he worked in New York’s Per Se under Thomas Keller. Balluff is a graduate of New York’s French Culinary Institute.
