Meet the chefs — Bruno Vrignon

bruno vrignonChefs de France is a casual Brasserie/Restaurant nestled under the Eiffel Tower in the France Pavilion in Epcot at Walt Disney World Resort. Chef Vrignon has been chef at the acclaimed restaurant since it opened in 1982. Born in St. Hilaire de Talmont, Vendee, France, Chef Vrignon’s first restaurant position was at 16 years of age in a castle preparing meals for a noble family. He later worked as Commis at L’Eaubergarde in Paris under Mr. Lucien Ogier and Mr. Jean Bordier, and as Chef de Partie at Restaurant Paul Bocuse in Collonges-au-Mont-d’or, France. Chef Vrignon is a member of the Association des Maître Cuisinier.

 

 Bruno Vrignon will be on the Cooking Stage at 1:30 p.m. on Friday.
