Here are some select choices for Easter dining:

Four Flamingos: A Richard Blais Florida Kitchen will serve an exclusive Easter brunch from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Highlights of the menu include:

Whole florida snapper and rack of lamb carving stations with accompaniments
Signature ricotta pancakes with lemon curd, raspberry coulis, berries and whipped cream
Chicken & waffle tostada with strawberry habanero syrup, pecan butter and spinach
Asparagus & crab benedict with stone crab, poached egg and lemon vanilla bean hollandaise
Selection of sweets, unlimited mimosa add-on, and more.

The Wilson Cocktails & Seafood at the Melia Orlando Hotel Celebration will serve a special Easter brunch on Sunday, April 9, with a buffet menu curated by executive chef, Nicholas Mut.

$45 for adults, and includes coffee, tea, juice, soft drinks, prosecco, beer, wine, and mimosas
$15 for children under 12, and includes juice, milk, and soft drinks
Children 3 and under are free.

Historic Dubsdread and The Highland Manor in Apopka will have their always-popular brunch featuring such favorites as herb encrusted prime rib; braised short rib; pork belly; and omelet station. UnReserved Food Bazaar at JW Marriott Orlando Bonnet Creek will have a Peter Rabbit Easter Brunch from 12:30 to 3 p.m. Traditional Southern brunch bullet featuring a full seafood raw bar, carved Easter lamb and prime beef and savory crepes.
