The Wilson Cocktails & Seafood, Melia Orlando Hotel Celebration: $60 three-course Valentine's day prix fixe menu. Choose from appetizers like the Wilson's signature Brussels Sprout Tacos, Tuna Tartare or a mixed greens salad with candied pecans and strawberries. As mains, the restaurant will offer Lobster Risotto, Winter Squash Ravioli, a Surf & Turf (NY strip stuffed with shrimp and crab meat), or Stuffed Chicken with gruyere cheese and prosciutto. To end the evening, choose from a trio of chocolate desserts or white chocolate bread pudding with raspberries and salted caramel gelato. Wine upgrade specials are available starting at $40 per bottle when you make your dinner reservation. Bottles of Moet champagne are available for $80 per bottle. Reservations are available here.
