Four Flamingos ext

We’re restarting a new era of Supper Clubs with a really special one at Four Flamingos: A Richard Blais Florida Kitchen.

We’ll meet Thursday, July 14, for a 6:30 reception and seated dinner at 7 p.m. at the beautiful Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress Resort. (Four Flamingos is in the former Hemingway's building overlooking the resort's pool.) Cost is $150 per person including tax and gratuity. To reserve, call 407-239-3854 or click here for OpenTable. Note: The OpenTable page has four time slot selections by default. It doesn’t matter which one you select or, one the next page, which type of seating – that’s just a peccadillo of the OpenTable interface. All reservations made through that page will be part of the Scott Joseph Supper Club event.

We’ll have four courses but it will be a little different from Clubs Supper of the past in that each course will have options. Plus, you’ll be able to select whether you want red wine, white wine, or cocktails as your accompanying beverages. Check out the full menu selections:

First Course: choice of Tuna Tostada, Steamed Mussels, Ribeye Pinchos, or Oysters and Pearls

Second Course: Family style Cashew Caesar Salad and Beet Salad for the table

Third Course: choice of Bacon Wrapped Filet, Moqueca, Crab Raviolo, or Black Lime Bone-in Swordfish Prime Rib ($10 premium for Swordfish)

*course 3 served with chefs selection of family style side dishes*

Fourth Course: choice of our 4 house made desserts, Classic Key Lime Pie, Pineapple Rum Trifle, Chocolate Sphere, or Espresso Panna Cotta

*course 4 served with complimentary coffee service*

$150 per person including tax and gratuity. Ticket purchase comes with choice of one beverage set:

WHITE WINE

1st – Mylonas Attiki Assyrtiko

2nd – Santa Margharita

RED WINE

1st – King’s Estate “Inscription” Pinot Noir

2nd Turnbull Cabernet Sauvignon

COCKTAILS

1st - Mango Del Fuego

2nd – Florida Ol’ Fashioned

This is going to be a great evening, and I love that the Four Flamingos team is offering course options. My recommendation for couples would be to order different items and share (the portions are generous). And the $10 premium for the swordfish is more than reasonable – it’s a $68 item on the regular menu.
