Teachers Eat Free Day at Tijuana Flats

Written By Scott Joseph On December 27, 2017

Teachers Free

Wednesday, Dec. 27, is Teacher Appreciation Day at all Tijuana Flats. All teachers with a valid ID can get a free entree at any Tijuana Flats location. You have to show the ID — a worn, haggard look and vacant stare isn’t enough.

Tijuana Flats, the locally originated chain, started Teacher Appreciation Day in 2012 following the shooting tragedy at Sandy Hook Elementary School “to show teachers how much the organization cares about and supports them,” according to a statement from Tijuana Flats.

Check the Tijuana Flats website for the location of a restaurant near you.
