We are excited to share with you the events we will be hosting for New Year’s! The hotel will highlight three of our outlets for New Year’s Eve as well as New Year’s day.
Unreserved with be a hot spot for guests looking for a more laid back approach to ringing in the new year. They will host a buffet style meal that will include live music and options for elevated food servings, in a family friendly setting. Guests will be in close proximity to the pool and will have access until 10:00 pm. Unreserved will celebrate New Year’s Day with a special Brunch buffet. Reservations are strongly encouraged.
The Lobby level will have cookie decorating and the Sear and Sea Lobby Lounge will welcome the New Year with an a la cart menu as well as Champagne toast at midnight. No reservation necessary.
Sear and Sea will have complementary welcome champagne and a composed 5-course menu or optional a la carte, for a refined sit down dinner. Guests will need reservations to ensure availability.
Illume will have a Japanese inspired Bonenkai Party, Japanese for “ Forget the previous year”, with 2 different packages for guest to choose from including, Tapas offerings, live DJ entertainment, and a 180 degree firework view. This is a reservation only party and will fill up quickly.
