Eddie V’s Prime Seafood: Eddie V’s is offering both an in-restaurant brunch and take home bundles this Mother’s Day. Guests celebrating at home may enjoy an elegant four-course dinner, chilled and easy to reheat at home. Each dinner serves either two or four to six and features Shrimp Cocktail, choice of Herb-Roasted Tenderloin or Chilean Sea Bass, Grilled Asparagus, Truffle Macaroni and Cheese, Three Cheese Au Gratin Potatoes and Bananas Foster Butter Cake. Additionally, mom will receive her own treat of Hand-Dipped Chocolate Covered Strawberries and a long-stemmed rose. Dinners can be pre-ordered for pickup on May 7 or 8 and are available for $115 (serves two) or $15 (serves 4 to 6). In the dining room, a three-course prix fixe is available for $49 per person featuring elevated favorites such as Pan-Seared Steak and Eggs, Lobster Quiche Florentine and Smoked Norwegian Gravlax and Avocado, in addition to the regular à la carte menu served all day.
