Umi Japanese Restaurant in Winter Park is featuring a special cocktail for the season: Fall Apple Cider Sake Sangria. General manager Blake Cain shows you how to make it in the video. The full recipe is below:

 

Fall Apple Cider Sake Sangria

1 quart fresh Apple Cider
1 quart dry Junmai Sake
2 cinnamon sticks
1 apple diced and tossed in cinnamon
1/2 sliced orange

Combine all in a pitcher and pour over ice.
Garnish with apple slice and cinnamon stick.
