Sexy-Mexi Haute Chocolate with Tequila
- 3 ounces bittersweet chocolate
- 3 cups whole milk, substitute almond milk, if desired
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper, or more to taste
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- Pinch salt
- Tequila, to taste
- Whipped cream, for serving
- Cinnamon, for serving
Break chocolate in pieces using a sharp knife. Stir together the chocolate, milk, cinnamon, cayenne, sugar and salt until chocolate is melted but not boiling over medium-low heat.
Pour into mugs and add tequila. Top with whipped cream and an extra dusting of cinnamon, if desired.
