Wine program delayed

Written By Administrator On February 8, 2009

The Professional Culinary Institute’s Certified Sommelier Program, which was to have started this month, has pushed back the opening of its charter class until March 30th.

PCI is setting up its “campus” in the facilities above Doc’s restaurant in downtown Orlando. The wine program, administrated by Master Sommelier Andrew McNamara, will offer the most comprehensive education for the aspiring wine professional in Central Florida.
