There was an interesting story in Monday's New York Times about the once-glamorous Plaza Hotel, which has not returned to the status it once enjoyed before a new owner renovated it. The story includes a comment from New York restaurant consultant Clark Wolf. I've quoted Wolf many times over the years; his insights are always thoughtful, concise and dead-on.
Today I saw that on Wolf's Web site he lists a number of trends for 2010, including an increasing number of food and restaurant related Web sites -- and he mentions ScottJosephOrlando.com. How nice. Here's a link to Clark Wolf Company's site.
