Food & Wine magazine recently released its list of the top new restaurants for 2016. The 10 restaurants are from such places as New York City (High Street on Hudson), New Orleans (Shaya), Chicago (Monteverde Restaurant & Pastificio) and San Francisco (Cala).

Isn’t it strange that small towns never have good restaurants?

Anyway, you may or may not have been to any of these — more likely not since they’re new. But you may want to check out the list in case your travels take you to any of these cities.
