Itar Bistro Coming to Veranda Park

Written By Scott Joseph On July 2, 2014

Here’s an interesting combination: Italian and Argentinian. They’re the cuisines that will be featured at Itar, which will be taking over a space in Veranda Park in the Metro West area. The space was previously occupied by Roll Bar, which though it sounds like it might have specialized in all-terrain vehicles was apparently a sushi joint.

The chef/owner of Itar is Mariana Moya, a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu in Orlando. She is joined in the operation by her brother Juan Carlos Salvisberg. Not much other information is available on the limited website, which may be the first restaurant page that has given me vertigo.

Thanks to flogger Joe Sarrubbo for the tip.
