The James Beard Foundation has added video cameras to its cramped kitchen at the Beard House in Manhattan’s Greenwich Village. The cameras went live just a couple of days ago, and as coincidence would have it, our own Hari Pulapaka is there this evening cooking for an event with Michel Nishan.
