Chuy’s, the popular Tex-Mexery chain, will open its second Central Florida location in February. It will occupy a 9,000-plus square foot freestanding building on the corner of Sand Lake Road and International Drive. The Austin-based restaurant opened a location in Kissimmee last year. Chuy’s are known for their eclectic decor, including, for some reason, an Elvis shrine.
