This statement discloses the privacy practices of Scott Joseph Company L.L.C. ("SJC") for www.scottjosephorlando.com.  PLEASE READ OUR PRIVACY POLICY CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SITE. By using our Site, you signify your agreement to this Policy. If you do not agree to the Privacy Policy, please do not use this Site. SJC reserves the right, at its discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of this Privacy Policy at any time, without notice to you. SJC is the sole owner of information collected on our Site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. We may collect information at several points on our Site. Our goal is to be your favorite destination on the Internet for restaurant information. To accomplish this goal, SJC needs to collect information to understand what differentiates you from our other unique users.

We collect two types of information from you, "anonymous information" and "personally identifiable information." For example, we may collect referral data (e.g. the last site you visited before clicking through to SJC), and browser and platform type.
